1) Ordering & Pricing
What is your MOQ? Can I buy a sample first?
Sample orders start from 1 unit. Typical bulk MOQ is 10–20 units depending on the model.
Can you provide a tiered price list (1/10/50/100 units)?
Yes. We offer quantity-based discounts and can quote EXW/FOB/CIF/DDP. Pricing depends on configuration and any OEM/ODM customization.
Do you provide software, or can you pre-install ours?
Hardware only by default. We can pre-install or image your software, set auto-start, and perform basic burn-in testing upon request.
2) Shipping & Lead Time
What is the lead time? Which shipping methods are available?
Typical lead times: 3–7 days for samples; 15–25 days for bulk. We support express, air, sea, and DDP door-to-door.
Can you quote DDP including customs and tax?
Yes. DDP includes customs clearance and import tax to your door. We can also quote EXW/FOB/CIF for your own logistics.
Will you supply the correct local plug and voltage?
Yes. Systems ship with a local plug and 100–240 V power supply. Specific cable length or plug types can be arranged.
3) Product Specifications
Which operating systems are supported?
Windows 10/11, Android 11/13, and Linux (availability depends on CPU platform).
Can I customize CPU, RAM, and storage?
Yes. Options include J4125 / J6412 / N97 / i3 / i5, RAM 4–32 GB, SSD 64–512 GB. HDD support depends on chassis space and power.
What screen sizes and resolutions are available? Do you offer dual screen?
Main screen: 15", 15.6", 17", 21.5". Secondary screen: 7"–15" (touch or non-touch). HD or FHD; higher brightness versions can be customized.
Do you support built-in printer, scanner, MSR, VFD, or NFC?
Yes. Options include 80 mm thermal printer, 2D scanner, MSR, VFD/customer display, and NFC (SDK/Docs available).
What I/O ports are included?
Standard I/O typically includes 6× USB, Gigabit LAN, RJ11 cash-drawer, HDMI/VGA, and audio. Extended I/O (Type-C, dual LAN, extra USB/COM) is optional.
Is wall-mounting supported? Do you provide fanless metal builds?
Yes. VESA 75×75 / 100×100 mounting is supported. Fanless and full-metal chassis are available for harsh environments.
4) OEM / ODM Customization
Can I add my logo, custom color, boot logo, or packaging?
Yes. We support OEM/ODM branding: logo (print/laser), custom color, boot logo/wallpaper, and full packaging set (manual, labels, barcodes).
Do you support multilingual UI or local payment integrations?
Multilingual display is supported at the OS/app level. For payments, we cooperate on the software + reader side and provide the necessary hardware/SDK.
5) Certification & Warranty
Which certifications do you provide?
CE, FCC, RoHS by default. We can provide DoC, test reports, labels, and market-specific markings.
What is your warranty period and product lifespan?
Standard warranty is 12–36 months depending on model/channel. Designed lifespan is typically 5–7 years under normal usage.
How do you handle after-sales, repairs, or spare parts?
We provide remote diagnostics, replacement parts, and RMA where needed. Spare parts (motherboard/touch/power) are available long-term.
6) Payment & Documents
Which payment methods do you accept?
T/T (bank transfer), Alibaba Trade Assurance, and L/C for large orders.
Can you issue PI, invoice, packing list, and Certificate of Origin?
Yes. We provide Proforma Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and CO/FORM-E upon request.
